Scientific name: Agrocybe vervacti (Fr.) Romagn.
Hat: 1.5-2.5 cm, convex-flattened, often obtuse-umbonate, wax yellow or ocher, darker on the disc, pale, viscous, dry shiny.
Gills: largely adnate, fairly dense, brown, with a lighter cut.
Stem: 2-4 x 0.2-0.5 cm, fibrous, early hollow, whitish, somewhat curved.

Edibility, habitat and observations
Relationship with the surrounding plant environment: saprophyte mushroom.
It grows in grassy places, along the edges of roads and in the fields, in late spring-summer.
